ABA Program Manager

ABA Program Manager

All About Kids is seeking a Full Time Applied Behavior Analysis {ABA} Program Manager for our expanding ABA Program.  This position will be overseeing our company ABA program across all our offices. The position travels primarily between the Plainview and Queens office sites .


  • Full managerial oversight addressing the company's ABA Program and ABA supervisory staff across all regions (Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Duchess, Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island and Manhattan)
  • Develop, maintain and enhance new and existing referral accounts and partnerships
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop promotional materials and provide content regarding company ABA services for marketing pitch and social media
  • Monitor ABA referrals and company outreach
  • Ensure appropriate parent visits and parent outreach are scheduled throughout the year
  • Develop and manage the roll out of ABA software platforms to therapists and parents
  • Review state and local regulations regarding ABA and develop company actions, policy and procedures for effective implementation
  • Work with HR in the planning for onboarding of ABA teachers, BCBAs and ABA staff
  • Develop and present high quality ABA trainings
  • Maintain current, high quality, evidenced based curriculum for AAK ABA program
  • Work with AAK managers to ensure our company maintains effective ABA evaluation teams within the evaluation departments
  • Oversight and provision of QA review of progress reports and curriculum related documents
  • Provision of field observations 


  • NYS Special Education certification B-2+ or equivalent  - REQUIRED
  • BCBA in good standing - REQUIRED
  • LBA in good standing - Must have or in the process of obtaining 
  • MA/MS and New York State certification in any one of  the following areas: 
    • Special Education Permanent  
    • Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped, TSHH  
    • Students with Disabilities, Birth to 2nd Grade  
    • Teacher for Students with Speech and Language   Disabilities, TSS
    • Must be self-motivated, a team player and exercise excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

5 years+ experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and extensive education and experience in ABA   

Supervisory, program development, and staff training experience a PLUS!
