Administrative Assistant

Department: Administrative Operations
Location: Plainview



All About Kids, a leading provider of children's therapeutic and educational services in New York, is looking for an Executive Office Administrator to work under the company directors. Must be a jack of all trades with a positive attitude.


Responsibilities include:

  •  Being the face of the executive office. Includes greeting people with a smile and answering phone calls on behalf of the directors.
  •  Must be able to work on multiple projects while prioritizing tasks and insure timely responses
  •  Manage changing schedules and overall calendar
  •  Arrange meetings for the directors and take minutes on their behalf
  •  Draft letters, announcements and reports
  •  Screening incoming mail and requests




  • Must have Project management experience and have been a project leader
  • Must have analytical skills
  • Must be efficient and concise in work accomplishments and have excellent time management skills
  • Must have excellent customer service  skills
  • Highly proficient in software Including  but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365
  • Familiarity  with special education a plus 
  • Ability  to communicate with all levels of  people within the organization 
  • Maintain confidentiality and use  discretion
  • Able to  work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Possess a genuine positive attitude
  • Marketing and social media experience a plus
  • Bachelorís degree preferred
